I have decided! I am infact going to apply to universities for my bachlor of fine arts. My current four top schools consist of: The University of Toronto, Nipissing, Western and OCAD. I'm pretty sure I'm going to apply to all four, becuase I cannot for the life of me decide between them. I know I shouldn't apply to UofT becuase its not really a good Art-related school, but its a childhood dream thing, I can't just drop that off my list. However, Western and OCAD both require portfolio submissions for entry. I am, for lack of better phrasing, screwed. I have to pump out at least 12 new art works to submit over the next three months. For those of you too lazy to do the math, thats one peice a week, without break from now until the start of February. Can I pull it off? Probably not... Am I going to try? Well is apears I don't really have a choice now do I! So expect quite the bit of posting from me if all goes as planned. In any sake, Halloween is this weekend and I've created my own costume -the corpse bride!- and I shall of course be posting a few pictures afterwords. I've got alot of photography to upload, but with a lack of photoshop to add my typical boarders I don't have the effort to do it right now, its on my to doo list though. I also have to carve three pumpkins, finish 4 essays, write a speech, a short story, start NaNoWriMo once November pops up (for those of yuou unaware of national novel writing month look it up, its a brilliant idea!) and I've got a Halloween party to finish planning. Its going to be a hectic few weeks but lets hope we stay on track. Also, on a side note: I'm peer tutoring an art class. Sortof, teachers assistant-like job. Its pretty fun, my students are all brilliant ^-^. Other then that, my art world is lacking in many a way and I shall work to fix that! Update: Okay so its about the end of september, and I havent uploaded. Im so unreliable. Jezz.

Alright so its my birthday. Well its 4 in the morning, so technically its not my birthday anymore, but STILL. Point being, I'm seventeen! Woots. AND. I. FINALLY. GOT. A. NEW. CAMERA. WOOO. YAY. CANON. REBEL. T1I!!!! Bahaha, I still cannot believe my mother and father willingly gave me a 1000 dollar birthday present, AND A SINGING TEDDY BEAR. God I'm a spoiled child. Anyways, I still have done next to no traditional artwork. However I still have a pile of it sitting in my basement from a while ago that I'm just too lazy to take pictures of or scan and post... I'll do it eventually i swear... lolz. Ah well, other than that, camera is great, i love it. I'm doing fine, summer is relaxing and awsome. Can't wait for school to start back up though, the sooner it starts, the sooner its over and the sooner im off to university. Yayyy. Hope you're all having a great summer. Here in this diary, I write you visions of my summer!! It was the best I ever had, there were chorus' and sing-alongs, and that unspoken feeling... of knowing that right now is all that matter. Lighting fireworks in parking lots, illuminate the blackest nights. Cherry cokes under this moonlit summer sky! 20-15 Riverside! ITs time to say gooooood byeeee! Being grown up, isn't half as fun as growing up. These are the best days of our lives. The only thing that matteres is just following your heart, and eventually you'll finally get it right....

In other news, its raining outside. Lovely I know. That was not sarcasum, I love rain. ^-^. The summers going great, schools no longer in so I'm stress free, and rested up. I'll give it a week or two before the artistic juices start flowing, but they will come, I swear.

Also, a little shout out to my pal Jesse who is stuck at bible camp (laught internally) leaving me here to rot, and a nother little should out to my other pal Jessica who will be forced to un-rot-ify me.

Last but CERTAINLY THE OPPOSITVE OF LEAST. Is that my mumsie has brought up the rediculusly elating notion that this year for my birthday I get... wait for it... wait for it.... A DSLR!!! YAyy for me, no more bitching about my cyber shot Im thinking of going with the Canon Rebel T1I It seems quite le awsome for a good price and i dont want to overprice my oh so lovely mother. Im SO EXCITED. So once i get that im 100% sure youll be seeing alot more photography out of me. Sadly, that'll probably put my traditional art on the backburner, but when I first joined DA it was really for photography anyways. So well see how that goes...

It's been a good month and a half since I've written a journal, so it seems time for an update!!

Art wise, I've recently visited the AGO (Art gallary of ontario) and OCAD (Ontario Collage of Art and Design) with my school. I spent the time down there with my pal Jesse(Dancer Jesse), roaming around taking stealth pictures of things. It was pretty cool to see some of the art peices and architecture. As of my own person creations, not much has happened. I've mostly just been doodling lately. I've still got a few little things I could upload, but my cammera and scanner both such so I don't really have modivation. Me and Carrie (Zababa Crackin) did a strange abstract colaboration in art club the other day which is basicly us, some paint, and a pig peice of paper. We're doing plaster sculptures of 'Abstracted human figures' in art class, and mine is pretty odd, I spose I'll take the time to photograph my other clay stuff and post that eventually too.

Photography wise, I'm currently in the process of organizing my laptop and all its scattered files. This has resulted in me coming acorss alot of half-finished edits and some old photo's I never bothered to post. So if I get bored enough I'll be sure to post. Other than that, my cameras still sucky, so I'm not too into photography right now, but its my friend Jessica's(Incendea Dei) birthday Saturday and four of us DA kids are gunna go on a bunchof photoshoots fot the occasion, so expect some soon.

Writing wise, zero inspiration lately, so It'll be yet another long wait if I decide to start a new book.

And for those of you following my strange love-life, its still non-existant .

Anf FINALLY, school wise, stress is majorly building up, but I've developed a calm quiet acceptance that my grades arn't gunna be that great but I'll do fine in life regardless, by the looks of it its leaning towards art school for university/collage. Where that would take me afterwords, who knows?
